GO DEEPER
Product evidence & current stage

Working web and mobile workflows support housing discovery, saved shortlists, optional Family Hub sharing and local opportunities. Release validation continues. The reviewed materials do not establish paying customers, a signed pilot or validated retention.

The reviewed October 20 mobile revision passed 1,786 automated tests, with 4 opt-in skips. This supports implementation, not general release clearance. An October 16 record verified publication of 28 San Marcos directory locations: 20 businesses and 8 official resources. These unclaimed entries were a dated content milestone, not customers, partnerships or guaranteed current inventory.

Mascot’s proposed advantage is a connected campus journey and trusted local supply. These are product choices to test, not exclusive features or a proven moat. Facts reviewed with Web, Mobile and API teams on October 22, 2026.

First buyers & commercial model

The initial buyer hypothesis is property teams with authorized housing content and a named lead recipient. Test a defined-term campus-guide presence with a clear inquiry handoff. Paid promotion has separate eligibility, review and labeling.

Agree deliverables, duration, price and review criteria before a commitment. Evaluate voluntary, relevant inquiries acknowledged by the property team. A click or lead is not a tour, application or lease. Mascot generates leads; property teams own follow-up, tours, applications and leasing.

After applicable billing acceptance, test a specific priced continuation. Report actual customer payments and delivered services separately from expressions of interest. No approved price, committed customer or guaranteed lead volume is presented.

Other commercial paths include reviewed advertising campaigns, eligible job/deal posting packages and approved campus-guide agent placements. Profiles, ownership claims, reviews and paid participation remain separate. Payment does not buy ownership verification or favorable reviews.
